Upper Iowa University (UIU), a private, not‐for‐profit institution located in Fayette, IA, is seeking applications for its 2010 Upper Iowa Business Development grant. A successful applicant will be eligible for up to $100,000 in incentives to include cash and a three‐year rent abatement. The grant is targeted toward entrepreneurs interested in starting up, managing, and operating a two‐story restaurant and sports lounge in a newly constructed University‐owned property on Fayette’s Main Street.
