Purpose

The purpose of the Management Talent Recruitment Program is to identify executive and operations management personnel that are available to work with early stage biosciences, information technology, and advanced manufacturing businesses in Iowa. If you have extensive experience working with one or more of these industry groups and are interested in short term, project engagements based on a business consulting model, apply by using this form.

Matching Process

An eligible business that has requested assistance will identify the executive and operations expertise they are seeking by filling out an appropriate form. The management consultant will identify the specific nature of their expertise, interests, and availability, by filling out the form below. IDED works with the business that has requested assistance by reviewing the management consultant expertise sought and comparing that to this form and the management consultant database. The business will be provided a list and then contact the management consultant directly to discuss any potential engagement and financial arrangements on their own terms.
