This one-day seminar is the first step in developing a food business.  It is specifically designed to provide entrepreneurs with an understanding of the key issues needed when  considering starting a food business.

This seminar is for you if you are interested in marketing a family recipe, developing a product idea or concept, a producer considering adding value to an agricultural product, a restaurateur exploring manufacturing a house specialty, a store owner  developing a private label product(s) or any other instance where you're a developing a new food idea. 
 
From Recipe to Reality covers general overviews on the following topics:

· Pricing and cost analysis
· Product introduction and sales
